Zoe Wanchers
Zoe works in our family law team in our Parramatta branch office.
Zoe was admitted to practice as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and of the High Court of Australia in 2015, after completing her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce at Macquarie University.
Since her admission Zoe has obtained a Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) and has practiced primarily in the family law space, with experience in complex parenting and property cases, as well as matters on appeal. Zoe has assisted her clients through mediations and contested hearings, with an empathetic and pragmatic approach to the law.
Zoe also has experience in criminal law, and estate litigation, and is a keen advocate who enjoys Court work. She has appeared in in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of NSW, as well as what is now the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Zoe has a strong sense of social justice having spent many years volunteering at a local community legal centre.
